Our Guarantee At ROAN, we take pride in the engineering and quality of our FKM straps. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
15-Day Hassle-Free Returns You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn & Unaltered: In its original, brand-new condition without any lug marks, creases, or signs of installation.

Original Packaging: Must include the original packaging and all hardware (Grade 2 Titanium buckle).
Please note: FKM is incredibly durable, but spring bar marks from installation are permanent. We recommend inspecting the strap and color against your watch before mounting it.
Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, ROAN will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Personal Preference: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. As a specialized studio, we personally review every request within 24 hours to ensure a fair solution.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
