Order Processing As each ROAN strap undergoes a final quality inspection by our founder, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Standard Air Freight We provide reliable standard air freight for all international orders to ensure your straps arrive safely. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3 - 7 Business Days

• United States: 5 - 15 Business Days

• Rest of the World: 3 - 20 Business Days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While we strive for speed, actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local postal service efficiency.

Express Shipping (DHL / UPS) If you require your order urgently, we offer expedited shipping via DHL or UPS. Due to varying rates based on destination and weight, please contact us directly for a custom express shipping quote:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes ROAN Straps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey as it makes its way to your wrist.

"ROAN STRAPS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us or destroyed by the carrier because the customer fails to update their address or contact the local courier after notice, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and/or any re-shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages."
