We are delighted to provide complimentary standard tracked air freight for all acquisitions. While over 95% of orders arrive within the estimated timeline, actual delivery can occasionally fluctuate slightly depending on destination customs clearance, flight schedules, or local carrier logistics.
03Priority Express Delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
For collectors requiring urgent arrival, dedicated express couriers via DHL, FedEx, or UPS can be coordinated upon request. Express surcharges vary by country. Please reach out to our team before or immediately following your order at info@roanstraps.com to receive an exact quotation.
04Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
ROAN STRAPS LTD does not absorb international customs tariffs, destination duties, or local Value Added Tax (VAT). Any additional governmental levies assessed during or following transit remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
05Tracking & Shipment Verification
Once your parcel is handed over to international freight carriers, an automated confirmation with an authentic tracking number and direct live status portal link will be emailed to you immediately.
06Delivery Exceptions & Address Responsibility
ROAN STRAPS cannot assume liability for misdeliveries stemming from incorrect, incomplete, or unverified delivery addresses entered during checkout.
In events where parcels return to our facility or are classified as abandoned due to erroneous routing or non-collection following carrier notification, the customer will be responsible for re-dispatch freight fees.
Any balance adjustments will be calculated strictly net of original carrier costs and administrative handling penalties. Refused or abandoned parcels are not eligible for refunds.
