01 15-Day Complimentary Evaluation Period
We extend a 15-day evaluation window commencing from the precise date of verified courier delivery, during which you may formally submit a request for an authorized return or exchange.
02 Eligibility & Pristine Condition Criteria
To uphold strict luxury and hygiene standards across our horological collections, authorized returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
- Pristine & Unmounted: Straps must remain in brand-new, unworn condition, exhibiting zero lug-tool scratches, crease marks on leather or FKM rubber, or evidence of spring-bar installation. (We kindly recommend holding the strap against your watch case to assess color and lug width compatibility prior to mounting).
- Complete Atelier Presentation: Articles must be returned complete with original collector box packaging, protective velvet wraps, warranty documentation, and all associated hardware/buckles.
03 Custom & Bespoke Creations (Laser Engraved)
Bespoke creations featuring personalized laser engraving (such as individualized initials, dates, or custom hallmarks) are crafted exclusively for the collector and are classified as Final Sale.
Personalized pieces are strictly exempt from standard return or exchange protocols, unless subject to verified transit damage or manufacturing defects upon verified arrival.
04 Shipping Logistics & Transit Expenses
- Atelier Accountability: Should an oversight occur—resulting in a defective, transit-damaged, or incorrectly dispatched model—ROAN STRAPS assumes full accountability, furnishing a prepaid return label or reimbursing 100% of return transit costs.
- Personal Preference & Sizing Re-selection: For returns initiated due to subjective preference, personal sizing adjustments, or alternate color requests, the patron assumes responsibility for return courier logistics. We impose absolutely zero restocking fees.
05 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure smooth processing at our atelier, please follow our streamlined 3-step return protocol:
Request Authorization
Contact our concierge team at info@roanstraps.com with your Order Reference and high-resolution photos of the strap.
Atelier Review
Our concierge will review your inquiry within 24 business hours and supply your Return Authorization Number (RMA) alongside secure return depot instructions.
Secure Dispatch
Safely repack the items inside original protective boxing and dispatch using a tracked courier service. Share the return tracking code with us.
06 Refund Disbursement Timeline
Upon receipt and physical inspection of the returned package at our atelier, an electronic notification will be generated.
Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original payment instrument (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) within 3 business days.
